Game is not stable on the latest nvidia drivers. Get to the loading screen the bar sits at about 25% hangs, and then CTD. I am not going to roll back my drivers for this one game while losing performance on all my other games.

Only bad part is randos thinking its funny to kill their teammates, to how glitchy the game is, and the anti cheat how evasive it is.

All in all game is fun once you get used to it, it is action packed, like playing Halo ODST with drop of EVOLVE done right and a big mounding dash of Starship Troopers and now a dash of Mechwarrior with the mechs. If you are thinking about this game I say get it, you will have fun, it is funner with a set group of friends you can depend on that wont team kill you for the laughs, to wont kill you from well being clueless.

On my desktop game is amazing, on my rog ally z1 extreme game needs some serious optimization you can get it very playable on the Ally yet even then cyberpunk 2077 is optimized way better and it shows.

Game is hilarious and fun! If you want a classic style game that is comical look no further!

Well, after playing this game for some time, while its fun at first, the load times get excessive, to the point you are like ummm ok I have had enough. The game is fun in the first to third NG+ Yet you do the same stuff over and over again, you can kind of change the outcomes of dialog option with your choices but you can only do that so many times. While there are aliens in the game they are not like the aliens in say Fallout3/NV/4 with all the DLCs. While Starfield has Aliens it has no little green men from other planets with their own ships. You would think this game being a space game we would get that. Like come on past fallout games had it and so did the star trek TV show. In this area Bethesda falls flat on its face.

Side quest it kind of falls short there are only a limited amount that have any real impact, some with no outcomes you get to really choose at all its like kill all the people from old earth, or resettle them with your time/resources. How about kill the board members that even suggested I murder all of them?

First few play throughs with NG+ yeah its fun after that the game loses any fun and just becomes a chore and not fun at all.

NPC's still look at you really creepy like that is not fixed....

Next there was a beta for DLSS/DLAA +FG and so on. Well some of us experienced the game crashing to desktop right away when we enabled Frame Generation. We told Bethesda on their discord, forums, social media. Well the full patch comes out and our feedback and information got straight up ignored. It is pretty sad when the modding community got it right yet Bethesda with the staff, money, resources directly to the engine available they still missed that mark. Then ignored those of us testing it for them in the beta saying hey there is a problem you may want to fix it.


I am also seeing Bethesda coming in on negative reviews of customers here that are not having fun with whatever this is that they released and telling them our game is fun! Sorry that is not how you conduct customer service or operations as a studio you listen to those customers and take a look at your game and learn from it, maybe even fix those things they are talking about that are taking away the fun factor for them. Not come in beat your chest going what are you talking about our game is fun! Ummmm after a bit no no its not, it feels very dead, misses a lot of marks that if you took the time instead of doing whatever you all have done all this time you could had maybe made an RPG that is fun/exciting/engaging not watered down. This game is lacking so much its not even funny it feels like oh lets rush it we don't have time to deliver what we planned. You keep doing this MS is going to come in and take over the studio. Bethesda you keep missing your marks with each game release more and more as you dumb things down even more with each new game you finally release. Starting to make play and forget kind of games sadly. If you actually listened to your audience over the years, stopped relying on the mod community to fix your shenanigans to adding more value to your games maybe Starfield could live up to say Fallout 3, New Vegas, or The Witcher 3 or Cyberpunk 2077. There is a reason you didn't win game of the year, you as a studio are very much out of touch on what an RPG is to improving since the last one not devolving and what your loyal audience wants. Game is fun at first but its really a play once and forget, this is almost as bad as say Fallout 76 in terms of ignoring your audience.

Fun game so glad to finally see it on the pc. Been waiting for this one for awhile.

If you are one of the ones who got this by linking your beth.net account to steam... Well hope you have some character slots open to characters that are expendable. I do not so Sadly there are starting achievements on here I cannot even get sadly. Been playing since launch it has gotten a lot better since then. Someone just starting out get the game from here. Also keep in mind any atoms you get/subscriptions will not combine with the beth.net launcher and vice versa. Kind of sucks honestly. So pick a digital platform and stick with it. Other than that its not bad.

I think those who are having issues with audio might be on mechanical hard drives, not having that issue on my SSD. It's fun, its halo and each game is almost all on the PC finally. I have to say the base control setup for mouse sensitivity and what not sucks, you will need to tweak a few things to play it like an FPS you are used to. Other than that it has been great. Those that are thinking of getting it if you look at the cost of Reach at almost 10 bucks with as many games that will be released with this honestly it is your best interest if you want to save some money to just buy the whole Master Chief Collection.
