Feels like it will become repetitive after completing the story missions.
The loot system can be quite clunky at times.
There are many bugs and features that can break when you play in Co-op, such as quests getting stuck.
The netcode is almost disastrously bad when I play with a friend locally over steam. Everyone is always behind a second or so after the host.
ADS has very strange acceleration when you equip scopes.

Tip: You can disable the horrible antialiasing in the config file. (GraphicsAA = 0)
