The game is great and a lot of fun, but it has some serious optimization issues, I'm on linux using a 6950XT and a 13700k cpu, so my system should be alright. But after playing for a few hours the game got noticeably slower, very stuttery, i don't know why that happened after a while, the only way to fix this is to completely turn of the shadows but taht makes the game look very flat, any shadow settings will cause the FPS drop, if i turn them off, it runs smooth again.

I play on Linux with X11 and it runs well, but I got a RTX 370 TI. I can run the game for awhile and the framerate stays stable. Distro is ZorinOS. I only got like 4 mods and most of these are just QOL.

Could it be the mods you are using? Cause there is a mod that causes “the sun is leaking” which crashes the game if you are in the modder’s blacklist.
If you are using any mods, please double check them.
