Cyberpunk has a great potential to be a good game but not in its current stage. I do not recommend the game not because it is a bad game but because of its unused potential. I'll explain it in below.

First of all good sides:

1. Graphics
Graphics are really nice from micro to macro levels.
2. Night City
Night city is full of details. Even though there are many broken promises, the city is still beautiful. However, you'll see the 'dark' side of the city in the bad sides.
3. Story
Story of the game is deep and absorbing. You can find yourself playing not only the main story but also the side stories for hours. There is almost no repetitiveness in missions. All of them are unique and fun to play.
4. Game play
Game play is easy going. You will learn the dynamics of the game even if you haven't play any games in this genre before.
5. Sound
Radios of the game are cool. You won't get bored while riding around the city. But musics are not the only good part of sounds. TV news are also interesting. I had to stop and watch the news time to time just to feel the Night City and the world of 2077. Furthermore, you can feel the naturality of the characters while they are speaking. This is not true for NPCs though.

Bad sides:

1. Bugs
I mean they are almost everywhere. Many of them are tiny bugs but when you combine all of them, you'll see a buggy NPC or 'supernatural things' around. Furthermore, some bugs can easily destroy your mission such as finding yourself 150 meter away from the windows that you were trying to jump in.
2. Night City
Yeah the city is cool but it is also kind of empty. I mean the city is supposed to be a very dangerous place but there is only few crimes occurring apart from the madness that you are creating. I was, probably, the most dangerous person in game after an hour since all 'bad guys' are just hanging around with their guns. You can neutralize the crimes that are reported to the police but, if the city were really the most dangerous place in N.America, I'd expect some crimes that are not reported to the police.
Furthermore, you cannot do much thing around the city, even though there are many places. You can't even drink a beer, if it is not given in a mission. You can just go into your inventory and 'consume' in by clicking on it. I'd love to ear some stuff not only in restaurants but also in anytime.
3. Missed Opportunities
Braindance is a waste of a true opportunity. You can even buy some kinky braindances but you are not allowed to watch any of them! There are some places, like the stadium, that you cannot enter. I'd love to go inside at least some of the buildings. Interaction with NPCs are also quite limited. They are just repeating the same boring phrases over and over again. They are also not responsive for many event such as opening fire nearby. They just crouching and staying still in cases like gun firings. It'd be a correct reaction for the first moment but I'd expect them to run for their lives.

There are many other details, like cars just waiting on the road if you leave your car on a lane, that spoil the game. I'd be more easy going, if they weren't developing this game for almost 9 years! Now they are saying that they started the development way later but it is not my problem as a consumer. I'd happily wait another year or so for playing a master piece. But now, all I have is a 50% joy and 50% anger.

However, the developers are still have chance to makes this game great, if they work hard on all these bugs and provide more interaction between the main character and the city.

Well I have mixed feelings about this game. It has really nice graphics. Gamelength is longer compared with AC Chronicles: China. However, game repeats itself. Chronicles: China also has this problem. Moreover, there are some unnecessary hard parts in the game. There are also some graphical and gameplay bugs.

If you are really big fan of AC seris, I'll recommend you to buy it. Otherwise, you may get bored.
