So, we all know Hitler was rejected from the University of Vienna partially because of his inability to draw human faces. This was actually because it was Hitler who invented the "Big Eyes, No nose" look of anime. After his rejection from the University, he stored his art away and forgot about it. Flash to the end of the Western Front. A small cadre of Nazi Diplomats prepare a U-Boat for the Fuhrer, naively believing that he may be restored to power if the Japanese win in the East. To entertain the Fuhrer on his long and dangerous journey to Japan, they bring his old art archive. Hitler doesn't come. The Nazis decide to travel East anyways, but fail to ingratiate themselves to Japan's government. They sell the archives to make money after the war, leaving Hitler's art in the hands of aspiring Mangakas.
