Editing review slightly -- Still not sure that it can be recommended. It seems that there are quite a few bugs with relation to using a controller that aren't present when I unplug the xbox controller from my PC. I annotated which bugs those were.

Would love to recommend the game, as the concept is great and implemented very uniquely. There is potentially loads of time that could be spent happily playing it. This game however, does not feel finished and is riddled with lots of bugs. So many bugs that in fact it makes it near unplayable. I would love to update this review to a positive review, hopefully the developers get a bit more polish on this game. To Cover most of the things that I saw ..

- The UI is lacking
-- With xbox controller -- A lot of times you can't tell what you have selected
-- With xbox controller -- There is sometimes where you have no clue what button to press, an example of this is when you go to buy products.
You add things to your cart, and then there is nothing to tell you how to bring up your cart to make the purchase so you
have to just mash buttons on your keyboard or controller until you find the right one. You can also add/remove quantity
of items in the cart, but as for what keys do that, it doesn't say.
-- With xbox controller -- In the shop there is no instructions on how to use the paint repair tool, so you have to find the right combo of buttons
to press
-- With xbox controller -- In the shop there is also no instructions for navigating the lug nuts on the car wheels when you need to replace them,
Which leads to more button mashing until you can hopefully get a wheel off
-- With xbox controller -- Having to switch between the keyboard and mouse, and a controller for navigating the ui, because some things work
with the keyboard/mouse and somethings only work with the controller
-- When you try to assign work to an employee, the menu sometimes doesn't go away, so it just stays on top of everything
leaving the player and employee frozen in place until the player trys to assign a task to the employee again, which is
hard seeing as the ui renders under the old task ui.

- Random crashes for no reason at all

- The optimization is lacking. I saw some high temps and usage on my Ryzen 9 5950x -- While playing this game it's running at ~75 degrees and constantly hearing the water cooler take off full speed. This is higher than I've seen before playing many more intensive games. To add more context here.. Playing larger AAA games I'm sitting around 15-18% cpu usage and about 68c for temps max. Running about 100fps, also with an RTX 3080. In this game I'm upward of 30% usage, 90fps (sometimes even tanking below 60, but also hitting sometimes as high as 120), and 77-79c temp on cpu.

- When painting if you hit the point where paint splashes, it can get into places that you can't clean up, and it stays as a permanent bad mark on your overall cleanliness. For instance under the sinks in the bathroom

- Items that are picked up will sometimes just disappear under the ground, or shoot up into the sky, so it takes multiple tries to pick something up.

- The only way to get rid of the kid is to throw stuff at him, which if you cleaned everything up, by the time you can find something to throw, it's too late.

- When a customer walks through the station they leave so... so many footprints, with just minor traffic, it's nothing but constantly cleaning. I get that there is a mess that would typically need cleaned, but this is pretty bad.

- Employees are near useless as they get stuck trying to walk in the open from the trailer to the station. In one special case, they ended up in the warehouse somehow? They were just trying to exit through a closed door using most of their energy before I could realize they weren't doing anything, and go free them. Also when you ask them to clean up, it takes them way to long and they will use all their energy doing only half of the cleanup, while you do every other task.

- Adding the ability to assign either multiple job duties to an employee or assign priority to multiple jobs would be ideal as there is no reason that an employee shouldn't be able to sweep the floor in the station, as well as manage the register.

- When trying to do the mini game for ringing up a customers, sometimes items get dropped on the conveyor belt in such a way that they shoot of the belt when you bump the belt forward, or things roll off the edge of the belt causing you to fail the mini game and get a negative review from the customer. This is frustrating because it's out of your control.

- With xbox controller -- Also when playing the mini game for ringing up customers, sometimes the sponge just.. disappears. No matter how many times you hit the button for it, it won't show up until you mash more buttons trying to get it back.

- With xbox controller -- In the shop the tire mini game often bugs out with one lug nut left, which means you're stuck at that and literally can't do anything else. Even having the ability to quit the mini game on the one tire and start again would make this a minor annoyance, instead of having to save the game and reload before every garage job, or get stuck losing parts because you have to reload the game in the middle of the job
