I'm not not sure it if is related to OS, but in MouseCraft you cannot save a level you've created in level editor so you can't get the last achievement. Using windows 8.1 64bit; tried with controller and with mouse. Also may have been oversight on your part but it is impossiblt to get perfect on level 79 with a controller because the bombs and lifting the reuseable block use the same button.
