I melt into the azure blue air
Faceless in the milling foray
While sliders slide with awesome flair
Canal water reflects my face
Amid old stones long worn by time
Seeking a reflection on the bridge of lace
I catch a whiff of oghar and lime
I follow my steps to Jahangir
The garden of haunted lovers
The scent of flowers soothes my melanghir
With tales of jousts and plumed plovers
