Probably the best game I have played this YEAR! The story is cleverly pieced together in tidbits of diary entries and letters in addition to the dialogue. But what really makes it shien is the deep emotion that goes into every line. You feel the frustration of the magistrate complaining about this and that, and more importantly the frustrations of "The Pale Bride" a sick girl of 13 who is forced to marry despite being of a modern mindset.
