Even the developers are mucking about themselves by putting their studio ingame and using the restroom as an office. :D
The "missions" have a great variety, from trivial stuff like getting milk from the supermarket or bringing back a book to the library up to pissing on your Dad's grave and running around with a Gimp Suit downtown. Other activities include visiting a Taliban terror camp or Uncle Dave's drug farm. Apart from the story you can also just run around and enjoy exploring the town like a free-roam sandbox game.
The game was orginal released back in 2003 but thanks to Greenlight got a second spring on Steam, a new add-on called "Lost Paradise" and still (!!) receives regular updates from the developers - after more than 15 years. It's a true Labour of Love; it's proudly banned in Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia; it's funny and totally insane; it uses cats as silencer and counts the number of kicked in doors; it has 69 achievements (the number is NOT a coincidence, you get it, right?) and even featured in Black Eyed Peas "Where's the Love?" music video.
