Amazing game, huge roleplaying and replay capabilities.
Pros:
+ Interesting story and characters;
+ Huge variety of guns;
+ Successfully implemented western atmosphere;
+ Better successor to classic Fallout games than Fallout 3;
+ Interesting quests;
+ Interesting factions;
+Great soundtrack;
+ Modding makes games even more amazing in all aspects and fixes a lot of problems
Cons:
- Bugs bugs bugs bugs (actually the whole game engine is glichy);
- The world feels empty;
- Lots of invisible walls, fixable by mods though;
- The Legion faction seems bland and unfinished;
- Too many mods make the game very unstable
Overall 8/10 standalone and with mods 10/10
