There are no situations one would not feed for picks. Silmutanously, it is not illegal to bait your team and get rolled to last by an uber ad. Therefore the med bomb presents itself as the apex example of whether a person will do what is right without being called to do it. You simply must sac for the thrill of the pick. You must sac as its the right thing to do.
