Shorter and much more condensed than the typical Yakuza game but it's not lacking in anything that makes the series great.

Awesome from start to finish. All of the forms are fun to play and you constantly unlock new abilities and passives to mix and match. Very satisfying to complete the constant flow of challenges as well.

Good, but the first game was better. The loot system ends up taking away from the game rather than adding to it. The combat is a lot less tight than the first game and the executions when enemies get to low health are very rare so it loses the very satisfying rhytmic feel that the first game had. It's a bit buggy too, I had to restart several times, too, due to the sound randomly cutting out or a particular part of of a dungeon not working properly.

This game has pretty everything you could ask for. Great story, solid gameplay, an upgrade system, squad AI that isn't retarded, gorgeous graphics, and a robot with a heavy French accent.
The voice recognition isn't that great, but you can easily play with voice commands turned off.
