So I guess I'm writing this...
I hate to say it but right now this game is not worth your money. Wait a little bit and maybe get in on the action in a sale or sth similar.

The gameplay is pretty fun. Can be monotonous sometimes but overall I really do like the concept. Building up your hospital and staff and at the sametime having the scouts to get some boni and lore.
But there is one glaring problem: If you have set up your base somewhat efficiently you just don't care about failure rate anymore; the goods are somewhat plentyfull and you have enough staff to just go for it. It turns into a plug and operate.

The optimization is dogwater (atleast for chapter 3 (and I only played that after the update)). In Chapter three I have 4 fps on 3 Speed and 10 fps on 1 speed regardless of graphic setting. I didn't encounter this kind of problem in the first two chapters (played them only before the update).

GPU: 1080; CPU: Ryzen 5800X; on a new SSD with 16 GB RAM and the system is at about 25 % to 30 % capacity (with 10 fps...)

There are still some major gamebraking bugs after the first update.
- Medic stuck in the ambulance (cause he colapsed) -> ambulance can't unload and suddenly you have a traffic jam with more than 10 trucks and your patients can't be offloaded
- Staff is getting a promotion but because of the low fps or sth you cant give a promotion and nothings works anymore (except alt + f4 or the console)


Don't buy right now; its not worth your money. Hopefully the devs will update and optimize it further but of right now you should only be buying this game if your pockets are filled to the brim with money and you want to burn it on very mediocre game with a cool concept.
