Games great. Combat is fluid, starts off slow-ish, as you progress through your run you'll be infinitely juggling enemies and the feeling is so rewarding. Cool factor when you pull off a long combo 10/10. The art is gorgeous, sometimes feels like I'm reliving samurai jack style art or at least it tickles the cartoon network era art that I grew up on.

Top-down risk of rain. What's not to like.

Rocky start. Didn't enjoy the demo. Gave it another shot post updates. And have been very much enjoying it. If you were hesitant before. Now's the time to hop in.

This game is just fast, pew pew, bashiuuung, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrn FUN. You wanna be a hoppy melee gundam, DO IT. You wanna be a cen-tank and carry majestic weapons on your humanoid top course while mowing down lowly machines on your tank treads, DO IT. Wanna be a speedy wheel chair warrior, DO IT. This game has something for every mech enthusiast, and the level design and attention to detail is like every other FROM game, exquisite. 5/7 perfect score

Just finished a great Sci-Fi book series "Dark Run, Keiko" and the Sci-Fi itch was very much scratched with this game. Never been one for turn based games, but I do like rogue-likes + deck building. This so-far (still intently playing), has been fun, refreshing, and fun from a role-playing perspective. Definitely planning to sink more time into this game as I've only just begun. Worth the pick-up for sure.
