I thought the game was good after the first playthrough, but clocked the obvious plot gaps to poor storytelling. Imagine my surprise when I learnt that there were three playthroughs in total. I have now properly completed the game.

I literally just did so, and I'm still sitting here reeling from the experience. Some parts of the plot take some mind-bending to grasp, but I really appreciated the messages about personal themes like friendship, forgiveness, letting go. Definitely touched a raw nerve for me.

The entire game is a treat for the eyes and ears. Amazing visuals and soundtrack. The game is a visual novel, so expect a lot of just watching. There are mini games interspersed here and there and they're quite easy to figure out, considering I, a super casual gamer, was able to do decently well in most of them.

All in all, I'd say this one is really worth a play. It's one of the best visual novels I've had the chance to enjoy. Well, the best to date, but I don't have that much experience with the genre.

Coral Island is a polished and incredibly cozy farming sim. Everything from the UI to the character animations feels well-designed and fluid. I personally adore the art, the setting (love that it's inspired by Indonesia) and the gameplay loop. Seriously peak cozy vibes whether you're restoring the coral reefs or working on your farm.

This is not a complex game, but it checks my boxes for being a cozy hobbit life simulator. All you do is forage, fish, farm, cook and host hobbits for meals. It's simplistic, but also rather satisfying. I am only 3 hours in at the time of writing this, and I suppose I haven't gotten bored yet. That time will probably come, judging by some of the other reviews on here, but I can see myself turning to this title whenever I want a chill gaming experience that doesn't require much planning.

Early Access Review
It's no secret that I love farming games but Fields of Mistria REALLY scratches the itch. It doesn't feel at all like an early access game. I haven't encountered a single bug after 13 hours of gameplay. QOL features are amazing and I LOVE that they haven't overcomplicated crafting in this game. No more countless machines, just a few conveniently located crafting tables in town. The NPCs are interesting and I'm actually finding myself making a point not to miss Friday nights at the inn where all the NPCs gather to play cards, dnd and drink. I do wish I could participate, but that's a minor gripe. World feels alive and I keep getting drawn back to playing more. Can't wait to see what the next year brings as the game moves into 1.0.

This is the first Nancy Drew game I've played. I used to the devour Nancy Drew books when I was younger (I'm pushing 40 now), so imagine my excitement when I discovered the existence of ND games. I'm not sure why I didn't learn of them before, especially since I consider myself a cozy gamer and these are 100% the type of game I like. Anyway, I don't have much of a basis for comparison, since this is my first ND title, but I'm enjoying the game so far! I had to rely on a walkthrough for some bits, but also solved some puzzles on my own. Go, me! I like the setting and also learning about horses.

Wylde Flowers is chill, looks great, has no lagtime nor loading screens. Also, you play a witch, you (eventually) get to fly a broom, AND you get to transform into a cat. What's not to love? Finally, the developers have released updates which expand the content beyond expectations! Amazing!

This game is equal parts nostalgia, equal parts fun. I love playing life simulation games and Disney Dreamlight Valley does not disappoint. I'm more of an Animal Crossing player as compared to a Stardew Valley one. I like my gameplay to be free and easy without time restrictions, and I don't like feeling like I have 1001 things to do within a fixed period of time per game day. Disney Dreamlight Valley is very much a self-paced game that has good music, graphics and gameplay. There's a lot to do and a lot to unlock. I'm 11 hours in and I can see that I've barely scratched the surface. Would recommend.
