There is just something so grand about a game where you can just... DESTROY a city. No plot, no story, no threats or worries.. just SMASH EVERYTHING...
And thanks to the work shop you can do this as.. well.. basically anyone you want if you have the 3d models. Check out the tutorial, gather your model and Smash this town as whoever the hell you want to be. Personally I just found some characters on the Work shop and went to town [haha]
I am having some trouble causing enough damage fast enough to unlock the new town... and Trying ot find Cars and busses for your stamina bar DOES get a lot harder the bigger you get... and its easy to get stuck n buildings when your trying to chase after Special targets. BUT alll in all.. for what its asking and what it gives ya... id say its well worth it. Have fun causing damage with your fave characters!

this game is Stress relief pure and simple ^^ STOMP ON THE HOTEL HAHAHAHA

this game has consumed many hours of my life, here.. on playstation, and on Xbox.. hell maybe on the Switch one day. The world is so vast with so much to explore, see and do.
But the real star of the show for us pc players, and to a degree most console players... is the modding scene Skyrim has. From the creation club's back packs and camps to Mod sites and their WIDE VARIETY of content that let you make this already massive game into... basically whatever you want it to be. Do you want to have a bunch of races to play? Do you want to turn everyone fluffy? Do you have more.. adult tastes? With a bit of work you can do just about anything and everything here.
What matters most though is that you enjoy yourself and have fun.,,, and hope nothing gets stuck in a t pose along the way....

There is something novel about this game even all these years later. Sure like a lot of people I originally bought it because of Garry's Mod, but there is this weird.... "Pureness?" that this game has compare to a lot of semi Military shooters. It is a fair game that rewards you for playing well, but at the same time, even when you lost three rounds in a row, you can still win the next one if you do a good job. In a day and age full of cosmetics, Dlc costumes, and Freaky attachments to practically everything, its nice to play a game where a Sniper Rifle is a Sniper Rifle, you know?
If your a fan of shooters and want a simpler game that, SOMEHOW is still going pretty strong then This and Team Fortress 2 are your best bets.
Valve did a great job on these older titles that's for sure, and im very happy that they are still here for us to enjoy.

I downloaded the game to give it a quick shot out of curiosity. While ill be sticking to my Playstation copy thanks to all the dlc I bought for it. I can say that the game runs pretty well on computer. I play alot of fighting games on my computer lately, so figured DOA would be a fun one to test out.

I will warn you all that changing controlls for the keyboard is really hard to do. If you do play this game, hop in training mode and be thankful there are only four buttons for battle. While you cant edit the controls, once you adjust a bit they are surprisingly responsive. After a little while I could do my usual Kasumi combo and tossed ayane around Lorelei for a bit.

Graphics wise from what I can tell the game seems to look as good, maybe a little bit better than my ps4 copy. It will take time to adjust to controls, but over all its not such a bad thing.
Just like on the playstation the free version comes with only four characters, but it looks like the full purchase on the pc version comes with a few of the DLC characters you would need to buy if ya hoped on the ps4. [though I might be wrong on that since I followed doa 5 from the first version all the way up to last round.]
You have a few modes you can play for free, you got your types of arcade, Versus play, tag battles, training, Sure the Story mode isn't there but the PC version has you BUY the character so its honestly extra anyway. Last Round Core also comes with LOTS of outfits to start off with, and all you need to do is clear arcade to unlock the ones that are locked. Kasumi starts with 24 outfits if I saw stuff right o.o.

The only real advantage toplaying PC over Console is if you look into the modding community for costumes and edits. Though alot of the mods out there ofcourse are focused on nudity and similar content. If your a pc fighter and wanna enjoy the game, this will work really well for you. If you already own the game on another console, than chances are you wont want this, outside of what random mod outfits you find. Now that Doa 5 support seems to be ending, I wont be shocked to see the PC version get a rise in purchases, if only for the mods and even more outfits for our characters.

There is no mission, there is no goal, there is no problems, and nothing is trying to kill you. When ya want a calm change of pace, this game is a great idea for just a buck. You can't do much to be honest, but ya dont really need to. It's just you and the island. You can check out stuff under water, explore wherever you want, and just relax. Its a great change of pace for when your taking a break from TF2 or whatever game you just got killed in.

There are a few issues ofcourse, there is the occasional glitch with trying to move around in some areas, and ya do get a few connection issues. But yeah, this game is alot of fun. Only way id think it could get better is if the island was capatable to Gmod. Being able to run around solo and with sandbox options would be AWESOME XD

Elsword first time impressions
Having completed the first quests and made it to the second town I can say I see where the game has its pluses and potential problems later on in the game.
For starters the fact that all of the characters start off unlocked is a great bonus. Unlike most games where you see them all but need to unlock them, having them all there at the beginning is VERY welcome. I look forward to playing them all over time ^_^
the combat system of the game is also pretty simple [but might change based on other characters, I have only played the primary protagonist so far so I dont know if the combat remains as simple so far] featuring the use of mostly the arrow keys, Z and X buttons. In fact the game even shows you what combos you can do depenind on your situation.
Ex
ZZZZ or ZZZX when standing
XXX and XXZ is the secondary combo when standing.
You also have yoru special attacsk you can que to different Keys it looks like and it all flows really well so far. the cool down time for skills doesn't seem that bad and its really easy to recharge MP if you need to.
The animation of the enemies and characters are also VERY well done and fantastic. I only saw a few glitches so far but those where in towns with many players running around.

Double edged help
In many areas of the game in between towns other players can run around with you, and in some cases can help you in the middle of dungeons and combat. thankfully It looks like the items you SEE are the ones for you to get so It doesn't look like you need to worry about item theft of hogging. [if im wrong let me know please.. cause then id feel bad]
However the down side of this is that dungeons with multiple players in some towns can have wait times, and Even when you pick a certain difficulty for a dungeon, when the QUE comes in it might send you to the wrong one. .

All in all the game is alot of fun so far, and I definatly plan to play alot more later on when I want to play a simple multiplayer hack and slash side scroller.
Oh yeah at the moment my character is Elsword with the nick name AlexanderRed so feel free to say hello or whatever if ya see me around.

There is not much I can say that has not already been said I think, in all honesty this game is alot of fun to play. But make sure you have a decent computer and more importantly good internet strength. But even without internet this game still some how manages to be fun thanks to Bot programs and all the maps made by the TF2 community. Hell I dont think I have ever seen an FPS game with so many variations of play style online. Normal game play is awesome, as is Man Vs Machine, but I find myself mostly on the extra modes made by other people.
Like Freak Fortress, which is pretty much a Giant Boss rush mode [where YOU sometimes get to play the boss!]
You also got Modes like Randomizer which Scrambles EVERYTHING around. I ran around as a medic with a minigun, Jarate, and a mailbox as weapons XD.
Alot of people like to talk about the hats, but ther are also so many other items, like shirts, noise makers, Pyrovision goggles!

Seriously, just.. play this game.. thats the best way to really understand this insane beast of a game.

With all of the first person classics I have played lately. Games like Team Fortress 2, Metroid other M, and the many games with first person moments in game. You really learn to appreciate where stuff had its real start. Sure the graphics are really dated by today's standereds. The game play is simple, and the story well, isn't really needed.
You are here, You have a pistol, You see tons of fellow characters dead on the floor, and everything is trying to kill you. You are awesome, so you Fight back.

This game has alot of the elements used in modern games. Mini maps, Changing weapons such as the pistol, Shotgun, and my personal fave, the Chain gun. To a lesser extent there is the worry about ammo loss, You dont regenerate so you actually have to watch your health amount and Armor remaining. To be honest this game is actually alot harder now that I played games like Halo and Tf2. I honestly belive that any fan of FPS games be it Tf2, those army COD games, or just shooters in general should come and try this and maybe Quake too. IF for nothing else than to see the place here FPS REALLY began.
