This game is rad, I don't remember this itch being scratched since 4D SPORTS BOXING, that old DOS game.

I don't know sh*t about boxing tho so no idea if it's realistic. But it's pretty captivating

It's pretty quirky, definitely an indie game, mediocre UI, sparse in presentation, but that doesn't really matter.

I guess this is what you get with games as a service. Your games can and will be taken away. Why? To make more profit of course, because that's any big corporation's only real goal. Shame on you, Valve.

Early Access Review
It's minecraft with more goal based gameplay, basically. Very fun for LAN parties!

This is really good, the teammate bots behave very nicely. Fun challenges that you can make as hard as you want by adding less mates to your team

Man, I love VR, but the software is terrible. There's Windows Mixed Reality, Windows Mixed Reality for SteamVR, and SteamVR. And this whole tree of software 'works' together in some vague way that I don't get even after 2 months. I put 'works' between quotes because it often doesn't. Both WMR and Steam have options that overlap for resolution, so no idea which one does what.

Sometimes, I start a game and I end up in what I like to call 'Microsoft land', with the VR spam etc, and guess what, IT HAS NO EXIT BUTTON. Even if I hear the game running 'behind' it, I CANNOT GET THERE, and I have to restart the whole bunch.

Because there's no way you can quit SteamVR or WMR, and not f_ck your game up. Your game is gone, you have to restart it. WHY??

And then there's the random crashes. It doesn't happen often, but when SteamVR crashes, again, you can't just restart it, the game is over.

Oh and also, EVERY TIME I start SteamVR, it compulsively opens the menu that I never need, and I have to actually power up a controller to shut it down. As a simracer I never need that controller ever. Except for quitting the menu every f_cking time. WHY man, just have an option '[x] don't open menu every f_cking time I start' or something like that.

Oh, and why does it eat a gazillion gigabytes of RAM? There's like 10 VR related processes running.. WHY? LEARN TO CODE, Jesus Christ.

I do simracing (in iRacing) and I can't really up my iRating because about 1/3rd of the races are ruined because of trouble with the VR software. VR in itself is just great, but the software makes me consider just selling the whole bunch and going back to a triple monitor setup.

*UPDATE: I have since discovered OpenComposite and OpenXR toolkit and they fixed all of my problems. So for people looking for a proper alternative, there is, at least for WMR devices :)

So much potential, but in single player mode, you can not really get past arcade mode level 4. Unpolished gem. Shame!

Yes I would recommend this, even if the driving physics are a bit iffy sometimes. There's something about the differential code that makes it quite random whether you easily make a corner, or slowly understeer out of it, despite going in very similar both times.

That's the biggest complaint I have, though; other than that, it offers a very nice career mode, something that is unfortunately sorely lacking in almost all other racing simulators. Lots of cars and tracks, too.

(I just wish someone would put the career mode of this game into Assetto Corsa)
