Pretty fun party game. Graphics are well done, game is interesting, and even though no one is playing this the AI is difficult enough to compensate. I wish there were a couple more modes to play with and Remote Play Together were enabled so you don't have to boot up a third party app to share. $10 is definitely worth it if you have a buddy/ies to play with.

Early Access Review
It feels almost impossible to write a review of this game without referencing Lethal Company because they're just so similar. This game takes a lot of the concepts explored in the former and refines them significantly to create a much richer experience.

The additional dimension of item fragility is great. The added movement mechanics are great. The enemy variety is great. The store adds some interesting new items that you can use to friendly fire. Even the text chat is better with the addition of text-to-speech and how it's displayed on the screen. The only real gripes I have here are around how upgrades are distributed - you buy it and only 1 person has it, which feels a bit limiting - and that there's no cap to how long rounds can last.

What is here is very much worth your time and the price, even if there's no other content added... and if you have friends that don't suck. If you've played Lethal Company, the additional mechanics this game has spices up the concept, even if you've bored of the format.

This game's pretty good. It's a clicker/incremental game but not something I felt I could AFK very much in. They absolutely nailed the UI and the scenario and soundtrack slap. I wish it was a bit more complex and longer. The price is fair for what it is though.

One morbillion clones of Minecraft already exist. Some of them even take place in space. Why should I invest my time (and money in the future) into this clone that looks like trash and feels so much clunkier than the original?

Feels like a game of filler to be brutally honest. The game itself is fine when you're not driving aimlessly in the clunkiest car known to man, but everything is so far away from everything else and everyone has everything to say ever. You'll spend ridiculous amounts of time just to find something or someone only for them to drone on for unreasonably long with Borderlands-style dialogue. Honestly if the map size, car fuel, and dialogue were cut in half across the board I think this would be much more enjoyable to play.

I dunno. I like it and it's okay I guess. Mechanically and visually the game is nice but I think bucking into the whole "it's X but a roguelike" trend brings the game down a bit. If they took this idea and made an actual story mode out of it with replayable levels and leaderboards I'd like it a lot more but that's just me. Wishlisted anyway.

Very cute and fun. Might still be a bit early but it feels like there's always a million and one things to do, whether it's the quests or relationship building or bug and fish catching. There's not really much else to say here, they nailed it. Pick it up if you're looking for another life and friendship simulator.

It's been, like, 20 years since I last played this as a kid with my aunt and it's definitely bringing back some memories. Now that I am conscious enough to understand how the game actually works, there is some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I keep stumbling on that definitely grinds my gears.

- The thing that pissed me off the most was the time scale. There's no way it takes a half hour to wake up IRL, and 5 minutes to walk like 10 feet. This makes it feel like there's never enough time to do anything.

- The game DOES NOT LIKE my graphics card. Why not? Who knows. It took me a while to figure out why the game would refuse to open, I just had to switch to my integrated graphics. I think that this is something else that EA should've worked on with the re-release.

- In order to squash/spray the bugs that constantly and randomly migrate around the floor, you have to pixel-perfect click the 4 pixels that one of the bugs occupies. This probably wasn't as much of a problem when screens were smaller with less pixels but it's obnoxious today. This is definitely something that EA could've worked on with the re-release.

- This gets a more of a pass because of the tech of the time and is probably something that might just bother me, but the way the perspective and object layering is set up makes it difficult for me to see what is exactly going on, whether it's as simple as a dirty plate under a table spawning flies you can't see or literally being able to point and click for a sim to walk to.

Don't get me wrong, despite all my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and moaning, I still think that this is a great game, but its greatness hasn't aged super well over the years. $20 was worth it to me because I love The Sims and this version includes a bunch of expansions, but you might want to wait for a sale.

I played a lot of this during the beta and around release time. While I had a good time and am sad that the game is being shut down, it honestly couldn't be helped. With the annoying monetization system and the huge changes they made vs. the beta it was only a matter of time until the playerbase would inevitably lose interest. I'm happy that at least they're opening up the option to play it offline after the end date, which is much better than what the overwhelming majority of devs do.

Fun as it is so far. It's missing a few translations and the beginning parts of the map are a bit monotonous after a while but there's a lot of potential here. Looking forward to full release.
