Capcom fumbled another launch, this time for their biggest IP. I'm not going to make a list of performance issues, I'm sure that other reviews have detailed the myriad problems this game has in its current state. Since this game has already sold so well, it will be interesting to see if Capcom even attempts to address them or if they'll just ignore players and forget all about it, like they did with Dragon's Dogma 2. The bottom line is that selling a AAA title for the full price of $70+ that runs this badly is inexcusable. If you haven't bought this game yet, you need to wait and see if Capcom feels like fixing it, particularly if you're planning on playing with hardware that hovers around the minimum system requirements.

I blame Steam's godawful algorithm for my having missed out for this long on the most fun I've had all year. Pureya is centered around a pachinko machine that dispenses the prizes you have to collect. You play through an assortment of simple minigames to collect the marbles that act as the balls for the pachinko machine. It's wholesome, simple, addictive fun, especially for people missing the sort of gameplay offered by the likes of WarioWare. If there's anything negative to be said about it, it's that it only lasts for a few hours. $6 is probably a bit much for a game of this length, but the sale price of $1.49 is a great value.

Ghost of Tsushima invites comparison to its (Wild) Western counterpart, and indeed, I often found myself wishing I were playing Red Dead Redemption 2 instead. However, this is a good game in its own right, featuring a lot of content, engaging missions, gorgeous visuals, and overall competent design. The game falls short of greatness because of slightly overwrought combat, abusable systems, and the presence of Playstation Network, but the game remains well worth your time and money.

Unlike a lot of entrants to this new genre, Karate Survivor puts an entertaining and engaging spin on "Survivor" gameplay. Fans of melee builds in other survivor games will find Karate Survivor very rewarding, as chaining combos out of three different types of melee moves forms the entirety of your attack arsenal. That kind of puts the brakes on fun, as you won't be wiping out screenfuls of enemies with ridiculous AOEs. However, after your first playthrough, when you've got the fundamentals down and you've unlocked a lot of perks, you'll start seeing some pretty satisfying close-range slaughter. In the minus column, there's not a ton of content here, and additional levels or the addition of something akin to an endless mode would give this more and better replayability, but for the price, I'm not complaining. A lot of these games are blatant cash grabs, but this one is worth picking up.

I am genuinely confused as to who this product is for. If it's for consumers of ASMR content, there aren't enough sounds for it to be worth their while. If it's for producers of ASMR content, there's still that problem. The game boasts that it has over 80 sounds, but many of them are derivatives of the same sound. You can change the volume, pitch, and speed of a sound, but honestly, quite a few of them are just so unpleasant that they're unsuitable for a product of this nature no matter what you do to them. This "program" is a low-effort cash grab.

It's like Metal Slug, but really easy, and instead of killing Nazis you kill Je...I mean, globalists.

Dave the Diver is simply one of the best titles available on Steam. The game's primary elements are dungeon crawling, collecting, and restaurant/resource management, but there are other minigame elements that occasionally pop up, like cooking sim. There really is something here that appeals to just about everybody, whether it's the fun gameplay, the solid story, or the top-notch presentation. The DLC is of good quality and, surprisingly enough for a publisher like Nexon, free. This game is hours of fun on its own, and you can expect to squeeze even more life out of it if you want to 100% the achievements or your fish collection. This game comes with my highest recommendation.

TMNT: Shredder's Revenge is a gorgeous beat-em-up with a good amount of complexity in its gameplay, a ton of variety in its characters, and lots of content. While a fitting tribute to the Konami arcade game and TMNT console beat-em-ups of the '90s, the game's sleeker presentation and increased number of commands made it feel more like the next step in evolution rather than a nostalgia-inducing recreation of how it felt to play those older games. That isn't a criticism -- Shredder's Revenge is a lot of fun, especially if you can grab some friends to play with.

Looks like crap, plays like crap, and full of bugs that will get you killed. We've yet to develop a meme dank enough to save a game this bad.
