Gameplay 8/10
Story 9/10
Controls 7/10
Graphics 6/10
Difficulty 6/10

Unpopular opinion, but Clear Sky is the best STALKER-game imo. I really love the settings, the weather variations, the fractions makes sense. The fractionwars is also a really cool feature. Just make sure to choose the right faction. For example, I really hated the Red Forest as it scared the sh*t out of me so I sided with Duty to get the guides for fast travelling to guide me to the safe spot in Red Forest. That, on the other hand made me an enemy to Freedom, which controls most of the Military Warehouses, making that area even harder than it already is with mutants, Zombiefied and Monoliths. But the point is, the option to join factions and wage war is totally awesome.

One bad thing is that there is no 'cheatcommands' in the console for this game. You dont like cheating? Well neither do I, but lets make something very clear, Clear Sky is full of bugs. For instance, after I conquered Freedoms base with Duty, Freedom launched an assault on their old base, I was inside, and Duty locked the doors. So basically no-one could get in or out.

On the plus side, its really easy to install mods that allow you to ghost/noclip through doors and resolve the issue. Also you can get stuck in holes and betwewen rocks and cant get out. These mods helps with that.

The storyline is also really cool, but so are the storylines in the other STALKER games. I wont say anything about it to avoid spoiling it.

So to summarize it, a really cool game in a postapocalyptic Chernobyl/Ukrainian rural area full with mutated animals, monsters, Stalkers(humans) and filled with anomalies and artifacts, extremely dangerous weather and some cool East and West-based weapon that you can customize and modify to suit your needs.

The story itself isnt that long, you could easily get this game done in a couple of hours. But the sidequests, and of course the fraction wars, litterally eats your time up. And if that wasnt enough, there are tons of mods that adds new content.

For the small prize it costs nowadays, there is nothing to think about. Buy it.
