I also told my father to open the door after he opened it once, this is because I’m trying to talk more but it feels sinful.

Instead of just insulting me normally and I would’ve voluntarily walk away they trigger my dysphoria

So basically they think even if I am someone else, that’s the part they understand, even death isn’t enough of a sacrifice for me to be happier in this life, that’s the confrontation they avoid.
