After spent for more than 390 hours with keyboard which hurt all of my fingers so bad, I thought it was an Understeer Simulator. But then, I finally got a decent supported wheel to provide better experience. As a result, I've found that Assetto Corsa is one of the best way to feel the joyful of driving/racing simulation

Pros

+ Amazing car handling, each one of them really doesn't feel the same
+ The detail of car setups
+ The engine sound. Very authentic
+ Laser-scanned tracks for more accurate physics
+ Multiplayer (public server) with minorating system, so don't try to be a wrecker on the track
+ Multiplayer is even better and fun with Sim Racing System add-on, where the fastest sim racers in this game compete each other in close, intense, and fair races under very strict regulation.
+ Want more cars and tracks? No worry, there are tons of mods for you!
+ Graphics are stunning, and still playable on my semi-potato desktop at reasonable framerates
+ It has got Ferrari!!!!!!

Cons
- Devs decided to not to update this game anymore (after they announced upcoming AC successor)
- still lack of official cars and tracks
- no rain
- no night race
- driver and pit crew animation aren't so good to look at

Conclusion
Make sure you've got a wheel with force feedback before have fun with this game
