You´ll need about 100 hours to learn it, probably than you even learn a lot more.. but it´s one of the best and complexes games I´ve ever played. You should definitly give it a chance. Every game is different with many different possibilites.

For the beginning play Germany, its easy.. why the ♥♥♥♥ did Hitler lose?
