Great time consumer! 6,5/10 was expecting more but still gets addictive.
Even with all the negative, i would still recommend it

+ Fix, Repair, Build, Paint, Tune..
+ Many DLC's for diff. cars (also note - ).

- Base game is limited not that many interesting cars.
- DLC's are sometimes pricy unless on discount. (But still 1-2€ pr. DLC for 2-3 Cars).
- Need Power tool for bolts (so you can just hold down key and all bolts get taken out / screwed in).
- Generic jobs that gets boring fast (as the game tells you "Cannot leave garage" if something is still wrong or missing. (would like that you could leave but gets problems driving).
- Not many paint design's.
- Not many Rims design's (DLC pay to get more).
- Bug in-game [Environment Audio outside is annoying and can't be turned down for itself] -
