Completely unnecessary timewaste of a patch involving hundreds of hours of waiting to get the town and battles done. The game absolutely didn't need this.

This screams microtransactions. And while it's a free game, this is horrid.

Yeah, i can deal with broken games, i can't however deal with this crap. When camera-angles are so horrid you can't actually see where mobs are coming from or where you actually are, that's about it.

It's copypasted corridors after copypasted corridors, glitches and bugs, mediocre gameplay and camerasystem that makes the game absolutely unplayable. Devs should be ashamed of porting this.

It's a boomshoot. Decent amount of weapon variety, but lacking somewhat in the enemyvariety section. I did thoroughly enjoy the bossbattles and extra modes. Game got a lot better with the fluidity and enemyplacement towards end in my opinion.

So it gets a decent 8 out of 10 and could've gotten more if it would've started as well as it was towards the end. There's atmosphere, variety and great soundtrack/audio in general. Well worth the price during the sales at least.

Interesting concept for a roguelike, however it does fall flat quite fast and hits comes from someone who enjoy's both rhythm and roguelikes.

While otherwise enjoyable. Flow just isn't there and that's the biggest disappointment in the game and makes it feel more of a chore than fluid gameplay., Ane eventhough i somewhat hate comparing same style of games. I enjoyed Metal : Hellsinger more even with less variety of enemies.

As it is, i would give the game a neutral reviews. You'll get fun out of it, but it wasn't finished to the point that it would excel.

Simply put. It's a masterpiece

At least for me, it hits every single box i would want from engaging RPG. You can interact with the environment, npc's etc in multiple ways and there's variety of ways which you can use to proceed your game. Taken it's hit & miss in a majority of cases. Ton's of lore, great atmospheric soundtrack, the game looks pretty and runs great.

RNG of the roll is what also makes the game terrifying. Eventhough you can boost your odds slightly, there's certain barrier you have to pass in order to succeed. It's not the easiest game to begin with, but it does reward the player once they have outwitted the foe. No matter how it was done.

Highly recommended, game of the year material

Okay, about the new expansion. Yes, barrier monsters require a different set of gear and it can get a bit tedious, but what i feel like people were expecting was just more power creep so they could conquer tougher foes and get op-gear.

That said, 2 new skills and an expansion that isn't combat heavy is a fresh breeze of air. Especially after near 10000 hours on the game. Not that there would be too many new things i'd need, but more so new things i can tinker with.

Might be unpopular opinion, but i did enjoy the content available, even if the combat side of the expansion was a drastic change to the previous.

If you want a great Postal game that's made in the recent years, don't look further. Doesn't overstay it's welcome. Fast actionpacked shooter with it's typical postalhumor. Several guns, pickups, secrets etc the usual. It's been a fun ride.

Unfortunately this concept doesn't work. Well, let me rephrase it. This concept doesn't work in this purely raw form of tediousness, While it might be a new interesting aspect to a puzzlegame, what makes the more memorable puzzlegames memorable are the stories, the overall pacing and the fact that even if you fail, you'll get back onto it in no time. Some might take longer for you to figure it out, but once you've finished the challenge you feel somewhat rewarded.

This game however is move from place a to place b, hope that you will hit the wanted spot exactly, otherwise you'll run out of ammo and can't complete the level, and start from the beginning. So all in all, the game even without a story, lacks serious polishing and would require a lot more gamedeveloping in order to know why people enjoy puzzlegames in first place.

Early Access Review
Oh hey, i found out about this game Melvor idle and how popular it is, so i scouted out their forums and noticed people wanted pvp/co-op to be added to the game, so i decided to do that. But instead of charging a few bucks or give out the game actually for free i decided to go the microtransaction/paywall approach instead, because people absolutely love these.

And yeah, i don't personally have anything against games inspired by other game, this just brings more variety to the mix and each to their own, however this just screams babys first cashgrab.

Time killer, sure. When you wait half a day for a "pvp-battle" that's basically pay-to-win and after certain rank you don't have anyone to play against. That said, i have a grudge against pvp-only achievements in general.

Game itself is barebones idler trying to suck out as much money out of you as possible and couldn't recommend it with good conscience, there are far better even F2P-idlers around.
