Yeah, that account has games on it while the one he used to post the thread doesn't have any games, and they were created years apart from each other, seems like some sketchy scam. He commented here on my profile but when I responded he nuked his comment. Will definitely report both accounts.

You know that one thread in the gmod discussions, the guy begging for the game? He randomly begged in the comments of some old image of mine that would take forever to find. I don't personally want to get involved in speaking to them, but this knowledge might be useful. I really find it strange that they dug up that old image just to ask that.
