When streams start: 7-8 PM Central Time.
These same numbers apply for Daylight Saving Time/Time changes.
Monday - Making Video. Starting stream at 7-8PM CT
Tuesday - Making Video. Starting stream at 7-8PM CT
Wednesday - Making Video. Starting stream at 7-8 PM CT
Thursday - Making Video. Starting stream at 7-8PM CT
Friday - Only making video. No Stream.
Saturday - Only making video. No Stream.
Sunday - Only making video. No Stream.

Streams may not happen on listed days.

If something happens a video may be uploaded before or after the stated time.
If not at all something catastrophic is preventing me from uploading like a power outage or an internet outage.
