The combat system feels hollow compared to older iterations from TSW. Secondary weapons now just serve to cast buffing spells instead of adding new and interesting spell combinations. The old system gave you the chance to make a unique and strange build out of two weapons using the strengths of both to make something new.

This new system isolates resources per weapon and locks all passives into spells for that specific weapon. With no bleed over or mingling between resources and weapon passives I don't see why we even have a two weapon system now.
