“Monsters, Inc.” is communist propaganda. All you need to do is take a look at Waternoose, the primary antagonist of our story. What is he portrayed as? A CAPITALIST, of course. DUH!!! More specifically, a follower of right wing libertarian ideology, because as a CEO he has no moral basis above profit. He sees sacrificing a thousand children as permissible in order to keep the company afloat.

Meanwhile, the protagonists—left-wing radicals Sullivan and Wazowski—are portrayed as the so called “heroes” of the story, achieving their ultimate extremist goals by struggling against and ultimately bringing about the downfall of Waternoose (or, reading between the lines, the downfall of capitalism), who is the real good guy in the movie. But since he is implied countless times to be a member of the bourgeoisie, that would make S. and W. the proletariat—the working class so infantilized by the self-righteous left.

Now it’s a statistical fact that most college campuses are more left-leaning than the general population. Everybody knows that. Marxism (an extreme leftist ideology) is also most commonly studied on this level. So the implication is that Mike and Sullivan, radicalized into Marxism from the events of the prequel, Monsters University become full blown communists in the original Monster’s Inc. movie. So, as you can see, complete propaganda.
