Steam really needs a rating between thumbs up and thumbs down, because that's where I would rate this game. Sure, technically, this game is amazing: the graphics, the sound, the art, and on and on--it's all amazing, but here's the thing, it gameplay is kind of boring.

Why? Well, Doom Eternal's gameplay loop boils down to running from 1 "arena" to the next with nothing interesting happening in between. As such, the game is extremely repetitive. If that sounds like fun to you, then great, have it.
