Difficult to follow visual novel/strategy mashup where you rule one of the last human-run nations in a world dominated by AI. The story is set in chapters along a pre-planned path but you spend some time in each chapter talking to your council, making a few strategic decisions that affect some stats and the laying out your troops to stop an enemy advance. Unfortunately, there's little feedback to determine what's happening due to your decisions or what's happening because it's baked into the game. Does your army placement matter? Who knows? Did it matter if you promoted a guy? No idea. Could you have avoided any of the losses or are they part of the on-rails story? I dunno. After a small handful of chapters, you learn about some traitors, make some more decisions, click your way through a lengthy climax and that's the game.

The idea isn't bad and the 39¢ price tag made me overlook how short is was but the game play was confusing, the top lines of the text was placed over graphics making it hard to read, at least a paragraph or two wasn't actually translated from Turkish. the biggest reason for the Not Recommended though was because the overall experience felt more like being along for the ride than being an active participant. It needs to provide more feedback for a feeling of agency if it's going to have those stat and military systems.
