The first upgrade to the pipe got me a score of 130,000 points and only because I let time run out so I could buy something else. There's only three levels to the building which reset themselves once you move to a new level, so your time is just walking up and down the same halls and clearing the same rooms over and over until you get bored. For the low price, I won't say it should offer more but additional buildings after clearing this one or even procedurally generated levels up the building would go a long way towards keeping it interesting.
