This game is like a healing balm for everything that's wrong with the world, I was in a crummy mood yesterday after work so I booted this up for the first time in ages. Just calmly jogging around hugging animals and harvesting crops on an old save was enough to calm me down. The vibes are perfect if you loved old Harvest Moon games and there's actually a good variety in strategies or little self challenges to do if you want some replayability. Highly recommended to anyone who just wants a feel good game in their life.

Update. It's been years now and I still come back to this game starting new farms and noodling around with the updates. There's not been much else that's held its value as good as Stardew Valley.
