Elder Scrolls Online is unlike any other MMO. The detail in the world and with each NPC makes it easy to draw you into the world. Quests drive the game among many other things. crafting of all kinds, lots of collectables and so many stories to hear and take part in. This game could stand on it's own in single player content. The quest lines much like the expanions are there own tales and since the world has been opened up, you can take on all quests no matter your alliance.
The classes are all fun to play and unique in their own ways. You'll want to make many characters in this game. Champion points are account wide and can get earned after reaching the lvl cap and over leveling.
There are plenty of dungeons both easy and hard to complete. The queue system is alright, it works but sometimes Qs can be long depending on your role. If you want in faster, be a healer or a tank.
There's plenty end game content in the form of trails which require considerable teamwork to complete. The PvP is hit or miss, I haven't delved to deep in it. But I do enjoy zerging with a bunch of guys and running around trying to slaughter everything.
The subscription in this game, is well worth it. It opens up so much and it gives you access to all DLC even on release. There are bunch of other goodies that make it worth it too. But you can play this game without the sub and still have an insane amount of content to complete. The crown store is ok, nothing p2w. and their expansion packs are all well worth getting. Expansion packs add a huge new main questline for the area and tons of side quests., Each map you enter almost has a bunch of sidequests in their own right in this game.
Did I mention you can buy house, apts and private islands? Lots of derco, this is were the crown shop comes in a lot.
There is so much to do in this game, so much to explore and so many tales to hear. If you're a Elder Scrolls fan and you love the lore of the series this is a must play. There's endless amounts of things I could say about this game but I'm ending it here. Just go play the game already and prepare to get lost in a huge world.
