PvP continues getting worse and worse with changes like in air accuracy being "overhauled" to the detriment of everyone. PvE is continuously getting better with the new subclass 3.0 changes bringing a fresh feel to the PvE sandbox. I would not recommend playing this game purely for PvP's sake, but if you enjoy playing both sides of the game it can still be very enjoyable to play.
