This game is a wonderful dungeon crawler that takes obvious inspiration from FromSoftware games and dungeon crawlers of the past and builds a unique experience and world from it that was a joy to experience. I can safely say that this is now one of my favorite games and if you enjoy a dungeon crawler with a slower pace and an amazing atmosphere you should give it a try.

This is a fantastic action game that takes elements of games like Dark Souls and modern God of War and puts them in a melee brawling system that has a slight pinch of Street Fighter and God Hand. It takes all of these and bundles them together in a gameplay system that has it's own unique Zeno Clash spin and overall is a very satisfying and unique gamplay loop. This is all brought together by the classic surreal world of Zenozoik that Zeno Clash created and is still one of the most unique and interesting settings I have ever seen.
This could have been a very simple "souls-like" game that took place in a strange world but was instead a very unique brawling game that delivers on it's remarkably unusual, yet coherent and uncompromising setting.

An excellent strategy game that brings back and expands mechanics that very much improve the game. Definitely has the potential to become my new favorite total war game in the series if they fix a few issues.

Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus is both an amazing tactics game and also one of the best 40k games ever released.
