Just play the game bruh this ♥♥♥♥ is so fun

I have been playing Combat Surf on CS:GO since September of 2017. As a game mode, it brings a satisfying fluidity of movement that you can personalize to make it your own. With a variety of maps and settings to play on, the way a game is played changes from person to person and how they approach it. However, with its positives comes its downside. The source engine that is most commonly played on for combat surf is not meant for high speed engagements, so there are many problems that cannot be fixed with plugins or other server side fixes. Fragsurf is the perfect way to implement this fun game mode into, as said about the game, a modern engine. In play tests, the hit registration has significantly improved compared to GO and so has its over all smoothness and accessibility. I highly recommend this game for those who already enjoy playing or for those who are interested.

As for the other game modes (Tricksurf, Bhop, KZ, and Surf Timer), I cannot say much more for how it compares to the "old" engine. Tricksurf however, I can say is slightly yet almost noticeably easier (Only slightly!).
