Incredibly deep and polished game. Ring outs are so much fun. It's easy to learn the basics of any character, but incredibly hard to master them.

Doesn't contain the character pass, even though the Eddy Gordo page claims he's included in the "Ultimate" edition.

Devs marketed the game as a local multiplayer party game, and explicitly promised offline play in the game description. Turns out the game requires an active internet connection to play any game mode, even locally. This is so they can push as much paid content as they can. They lied to sell a freemium game for full price. I am disheartened and disappointed. What a bunch of greedy jerks.

It was alright, but I thought the ending felt rushed and underwhelming, while the rest of the game was limited in scope. If you've played other games with similar gimmicks, the game is pretty predictable once stuff starts going down.

Short and sweet visual novel where you talk to two radically different AIs to decipher the mystery of what occurred to the people living in a large spaceship.

Got all endings in one sitting. Definitely recommend it.

The gameplay is enjoyable and offers enough challenge to keep you playing.
The story is provocative, but predictable and cliche.
It is a poor man's Heart of Darkness.

The game makes you think outside the box, and keeps you intrigued the whole way through!
I almost crapped my pants during the house section too, so you'll enjoy that part if you like being spooked!

Play the original mod instead, or get the game when it's on sale for less than $5.
You get about four hours of "Ha... That's clever." and then it's over.
Absolutely no replayability value.

Hotline Miami is a bird's eye view shooter, similar to GTA 1&2, where you have to clear entire floors full of enemies, with only one hit point. You equip masks that grant your character a single additional skill, depending on what your playstyle is.
Set in the 80's, with an unforgettable electronic soundtrack, the story revolves around some dude getting cryptic phone calls, telling him to go kill mobsters, which he does for whatever reason. The plot thickens.
Fast paced, and frustratingly unforgiving.
Prepare to redo the same levels 30 times in a row.
Hotline Miami is not for the faint of heart.
