Easily best hand to hand combat of any game ever.

10/10 - Controls. If you play Soulsborne games just switch the attack buttons to right trigger and shoulder, dodge to b and remap anything else to make it more souls like in terms of controls
8/10 - Story. Really cool just nothing Last of Us level
10/10 Gameplay. Genuinely amazing. Everything is super responsive and smooth. Every death and win feels earned. Combat feels weighty and satisfying, which adds to the addictive nature of it. THE Sekiro of hand to hand. Combat is probably akin to or better than Lies of P and SLIGHTLY below Sekiro because of enemy variety.
9/10 Bosses. The bosses are phenomenal, but at times feel a LITTLE cheap but it's legit 1/10 times. Their designs and movesets though are so sick, especially the last one. I'd put the final boss over a number of other games' bosses.
1000/10 Cool Factor. Legit feels like how it looks. Made me think about taking up martial arts again (if America wasn't in the worst economic state rn)

Amazing game for living out martial art fantasies. Sifu 2 better come out one day.

Amazing game - This is THE Parkour game and I don't say that lightly

Highly recommend if you like Tony Hawk Pro Skating and Parkour

I've been super ecstatic for this game. The Trailer makes it seem like this truly cinematic DBZ powerup montage like game that culminates in an epic final battle.

What the hell is this?

UI - -1/10 it's there
Gameplay loop - 1/10 This isn't soulslike just because theres little direction, there is ZERO direction. Exploration is a buggy mess with very tedious skyrim esuqe mountain climbing in random spots
Combat - 2/10 Super laughable, the animations are ok but the impact, the rhythm of combat is so not there
Traversal - ??/10 I can't even find any traversal skills and it's been 36 min in
Characters - ???? I dont even know what to say
SFX - 5/10 Super off at times and at best just barely works
Animations - 2/10 SOME Animations are ok but the power up animation turns your character into a giraffe with constipation.
Music - 1/10 I really wished it wasn't so obviously a loop of the same thing over and over

Please take so much more time with this game, updates and everything. For sure not what I expected and needs WAY more time

I would love to give this time so I will update in the future.

If it was a 3-5$ game I'd get it, but you're competing with an insane level of amazing games at 15$

TLDR; Too many issues to call this a game at all, if anything should've been early early access

It used to be THE game now it's just a stain on the battle royale genre. Kinda like the grandfather you never want to visit cause he was a lot cooler back in the day now he's just old, outdated and racist.

Idk if it'll show how many hours I had on this game but it was a lot and I removed it from my account because of how bad it is to go back to.

Genuinely from a hardcore pubg fan - don't play it's not fun

An insanely big map for you to never see people in, lackluster ballistics, literally just a battle royale.

If you're interested in PUBG - Highly recommend:
Escape from Tarkov - Imagine PUBG but remove the terrible maps, add horror and better everything (It's 40 bones tho)
COD Warzone - Realistic type gameplay but much better gunplay, fights, and scale
Apex Legends - Similar to Warzone except very sci-fi/cyberpunk aesthetics and hero abilities
Fortnite - If you just want A battle royale that'll keep things updated

Do none of these seem interesting? Good! Go play Sekiro or Elden Ring or sumn

If you're playing this to scratch the subnautica itch, dont' do it just wait for something better.

Kinda feel bad about buying this ngl, prolly wouldn't recommend for 30 minutes of time I feel wasted.
