Warframe can be an enjoyable game, particularly if you have a penchant for grinding and don't mind waiting. However, let's cut to the chase and focus on two major shortcomings: the abysmal support team and their questionable anti-cheat measures.

After taking a hiatus from the game for about a year, a fairly common occurrence among players, I decided to dive back in. During that time away, I had been dedicating myself to honing my skills in various fields, including development and coding. Little did I know that my return to Warframe would be marked by frustration and disbelief.

The Warframe support team, or what passes for it, promptly informed me that any program running on my computer could potentially lead to a permanent ban. Yes, you read that correctly—after investing years of my time and a considerable amount of money into this game, a single offense could result in a permanent ban. Not exactly a warm welcome back.

I decided to engage with their support team to clear things up. Three exchanges over three days— that's all I got. I meticulously provided them with every piece of information I thought could be relevant, from DLLs to executables, in an effort to demonstrate my innocence. Their response? A canned statement that their auto-detection systems are infallible. Moreover, they had the audacity to suggest that if I continued seeking help, they might label me a spammer and block me from their support channels.

This experience left me utterly disappointed. Digital Extremes, the company behind Warframe, seems to have forgotten that their players are the lifeblood of their game. The lack of empathy and willingness to investigate player issues paints a grim picture. I won't be creating a new account or starting over; instead, I'll be redirecting my energy and resources toward endeavors where developers genuinely care about their player base.

Warframe, it's time to reevaluate your priorities. Your loyal players deserve better.
