I have played this game for years. Loved it to death, ever since I was a kid up untill now. UNTILL now.
Back in January I received a permanent ban for macroing major on my childhood account. I have several accounts but this one is special because of its age and the memories. Now, there is not a single chance that I would bot on this account. Even if I would bot, there's no way I would ever touch my childhood account.

So I sent an appeal. DENIED?!
You have got to be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ kidding me, this account is more innocent then a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ baby. No way somebody manually went through my appeal and found traces of botting or whatever. You guys have made a mistake and refuse to make up for it. And this isn't the first time you did this to me, back in 2013 I had a baby pure falsely banned for Real World Trading! Have you guys at Cambridge ever heard of Customer Support? Because you don't seem to provide ANY.
There's not a single way to contact a staff member regarding this issue and trying to get in touch with a moderator has to be done through twitter but after months of tweeting I am yet to receive a reply, which I assume won't happen ever.

After a short scroll through the game's reviews I can conclude that this is a common occurence, so there must be hundreds if not thousands of players like me who have been permanently banned for no good reason. Absolutely disgusting.

Unless you're a streamer or someone with a big audience that can deal a dent in their PR, don't expect to get any help because they honestly don't seem to give a ♥♥♥♥ about you. You're just a wallet. A big juicy wallet filled with cash and they want it ALL.

ARK SURVIVAL ASCENDED is ahead of its time. The game looks absolutely breathtaking and many bugs and issues with ASE have been fixed. Keeping in mind that ASA is still in BETA, I expect better performance in the future for people with less powerful hardware on their hands.

I feel like performance boosting mods will be available because the game can be modded through CurseForge.
