I can't recommend this game yet, but I anticipate that I will be able to as it is further developed. As it stands, it is not worth the price.

The biggest issue is with multiplayer. This game supports Remote Play Together, but it's not very useful. Remote Play Together behaves as if all players are controlling the same mouse and keyboard, so only one person can take their turns at a time.

That's assuming you can get Remote Play Together to work in the first place, which I was unable to do.

Significant input lag on the controls. Gameplay is super simple and can get repetitive. Good for messing around in co-op but overall, not a strong game. Save your five bucks.

This game does not run well (or at all) on Mac machines and is no longer supported by the developer. I could get through maybe half of the first chapter, probably less, and it crashed constantly. Save your money.

I love playing this game. I've played this game so much (different accout because no family sharing thing), almost 300 hours, and I'm still not bored. The expansions make it even better, and it's incredibly fun to play with different leaders and trying out different strategies. Definitely recommended to anyone!
