Another successful cash grab by 2K and a perfect reminder to never purchase another 2K sports title.

I don't care so much about online modes, tournaments and the extra game modes. I just want to be able to make my player and enjoy grinding their career. 2K on the other hand, doesn't believe in a single-player career mode and forces server connection to do anything but the offline "Play Now" modes.

2025 Update - Game modes (including MyCareer) are now fully bricked due to server shutdown in December 2024, just 2 years from the game's release. 2K will force you to purchase the next in the series just so that you can continue to play modes you've owned for years. What a waste...
