Early Access Review
Really fun experience so far in the early access, my biggest accolade I could give is how much the devs seem to be adding. As of writing this they revamped the entire perk system in an update this morning. The last perk system was fine but they went above and beyond and have a clear vision for the game going forward as shown in the update roadmap. Good stuff devs, me like.

##Spoilers Below

The Good

-The Graphics, Elden Ring has never looked this good, every area has this insane level of visual flair and turns up the color expression tenfold.

-New Weapons/Spells, The new weapon categories are all welcome additions, the ashes of wars all look insane with excellent animations and effects to boot

-The Story/Characters, I really enjoyed all of the side characters I met and the ending battle with all of them felt like a really conclusive way to end most of their stories. I love that depending on your choices throughout the game different characters may fight you, join your side, or straight up die before they can make it to the ending fight. Each character had their own real personality and I found myself attached to the Knotsent and the story behind Sir Ansbach.

The Meh

-Enemy Balance and Variety, the enemy balance was very middle of the road. Some enemies would get simply two shot, others had almost more health then the boss they are guarding. I found myself getting slightly bored of seeing the same guards with axe, dogs, and man-flies.

-Boss Balance, I think overall the Bosses are pretty solid, I do enjoy the difficulty although I think do turn it up to an unfun proportion (We will get to those two in a moment). But I found the balance to be not too bad at some points. My two favorites of what I found had to have been Messmer and Mydra. Both were hard but felt completely fair. When I died to these two I felt like it was my fault and now I had a new move to learn and remember.

-Exploration, not a ton to say on this front, the early areas felt pretty solid but near the late game a lot of areas feel a lot larger then the ought to be. A lot of the ruins felt long and confusing while some areas would only have one item to find in an entire area which feels like its trying to not incentivize
players to explore, which is not what I think they were going for.

The Bad

-The Final boss, I know there are a lot of complaints about the difficulty and a lot of those are met with a simple "get gud" but I think that's mistaking the problem. The problem is not that the boss is hard, the problem is that its also not fun. Strafing around for two minutes straight while the boss unleashes a 25 hit combo like its Marvel Versus Capcom only to have enough time to get one hit in is just not fun. I think Phase 1 of Radaquella is not too bad despite some of the frame trappy moves and camera shenanigans. The problem lies in Phase 2. When a player reaches Phase 2 they are immediatly shot with a orbital cannon strike, followed by some completely new move that if you are not familiar with, you will simply just die. If the damage of Phase 2 was toned down I think it would be fine but fighting Phase 1 for 2 minutes straight, just to get oneshot the second you step foot into the second phase feels miserable as a player because you aren't given a chance to actually learn or see what is happening. On the topic of seeing, Miquella's hair obscures about 25% of Radahn's attacks, so often times your behind hit with a braid of hair while four hundred light beams attack you from the sky. After beating the boss I don't even feel good about it because it doesn't feel deserved, I feel like I learned nothing.

-The "Anti-First Try" Moves, for some reason almost every single major boss in this game has a giant AOE, near one shot move at around 20-50% of their health. This for me is just lazy difficulty, give players the slim chance to be able to first try things if they are good enough. So many bosses have this, Rellana, Mydra, Messmer (To and Extent), and Radaquella (Who has two different ones of course). Everybody hated Nihil when the first wave of people fought Mohg and now they have decided to give to it half of the good bosses, like wasn't Rellana already enough?

-The Performance, I won't go on for too long but the game has some pretty bad performance as of 6/24/24. I ran through the game at about 45-50ish FPS on mid-low settings and it was doable. Certain big effects like Radaquellas orbital cannon would slow my game to a crawl, but thankfully it was usually moves that required simple inputs to dodge.

Overall
-As much as the last boss put a stinging sour in my mouth I still think the DLC is worth the money and worth the playtime. If you are struggling use spirit ashes, consumables, and whatever other resources you need to expend. This is a hard game that expects you to use them, so don't be stingy.

Overall Cyberpunk even with its flaws and shortcomings, still manages to be an impactful story and holds some of the best world building of any recent game.

This is such an interesting fighting game,For something so basic control wise it creates quite a bit of depth in its gameplay. The game is a fantastic starter for people new to fighting games and while the games skins and outfits might seem a bit money hungry the gameplay and design choices pave the path for a fun and fantastic fighting game. Honestly for as simple of a game as it is this game feels so smooth and overall nice to look at.The game is a bit small in terms of modes but for people who loved One Finger Death Punch and people who are top score kinda people this game is the one for you.

I went into the game with little expectations and was very surprised at the pure fun value the game provides, the game feels like a lab with guns in which when you die you produce a new strategy to attack the stage next, the game has a very enjoyable story mode with while shabby looking cutscenes the story is fairly compelling and one that does not feel like its from a small indie game. The game also has support for the steam workshop in which users can create levels and challenges from other users, some of the players have chosen to recreate maps from other games like the old DOOM style levels. The game has a very simple and easy to understand level editor with nice decor and a variation of targets to place. The way that the guns in the game are collected through pure progression adds an interesting flavor to the game but having the player test out the weapon and attempt to make tactics based on the wide selection of gun types like Pistols,Rifles,And shotguns. All and all for a simple free 2 play game that can run on fairly bad computers the game is very fun and enjoyable and I would recommend this to anybody who enjoys quick paced action.
