An unfinished game filled with broken promises and under deliveries. What it could be would be amazing, but instead the dev team was let go and the project discontinued, leaving the game in a "playable" state... Don't buy the game, buy the first game if anything. This is an incomplete second game.

After 2700+ hours of playing this game, I have a love hate relationship with this game. The recent updates have helped solve many in game economy issues, however there are still many inconsistencies and small bugs that ruin game play or immersion.

Overall I still play the game every once and a while, but after just a game or two it feels like a chore to work around these issues or deal with toxic players.

If you don't play at top tier, I'd playing still. If you want a consistent experience, go elsewhere. If you want a game dev that cares about game balance and keeping players happy, DEFINITELY go elsewhere. This game is cancer and awesome at the same time but it's really not worth it.

I absolutely love this game. I have not found many problems with this game, other than sometimes the cars jump into the air when going over some sidewalks. But you can always flip them with a car jack. Awesome game!!
