Not enough silverhand shirtless in main campaign.

7/10 at maximum, and that's being generous. This is a disgrace to the souls games. The writing is hard to follow and vague just for the sake of being vague, the story is so spread out that its thinner than genuine gold foil, the mechanics that ARE new don't even work in co-op, the bosses repeat the same move over and over, half the enemies don't have a reason for you to fight them, the game gives you incentive to skip/cheese bosses because of how BORING and REPEATED they are... And before you say that the negative reviews are just form people who couldn't beat this boss or that one... the bosses that actually are unique are repeated 10 times over to the point where it becomes this watered down check-point hunter that by the time you reach the final boss you're sat there thinking "That's it. That's all I got. Just another boss with the same mechanic I've seen 50 times for the past 80 hours!!? WITH THE SAME MOOOVES?". This game is like asking for a medium soda without ice and getting a large soda with so much ice that its barely even soda anymore but you paid for it so you're going to drink it. I'm not saying don't play it, but I am saying play Dark Souls instead.

Instead of actually putting content into the game, these devs choose to put cosmetics and battle-passes ONLY and instead of improving the game for new audiences they expect people to just buy into the DLC until the game dies. An absolute waste of potential, a damn shame. Not too late for them to change it either, damn shame.
