is warframe.com down? i cant access the server. im new so i want to register but i cant at the moment.

i cant play. i played it a week or so ago, enjoyed it, really good btw tho the waiting time kinda bums me out. but after a few logins i cant enter the game again mainly because i cant launch the glyph launcher...it always says error #2025 which has something to do with the connection it says but my internet is fine and ive been searching the internet, forums and the like for a solution to this but sadly i havent found one yet.
ive tried reinstalling, verifying, ran in admin, disabled AV, even tried support on their website but sadly i cant access their website. not THE website just the sign in button and the link where it says i can email or talk to their supports. cant access them i dont know why
