Skullgirls was always marvel vs Capcom but with wifus game, one of the two major selling points was the fan-service. Removing the fan-service every couple of years and changing the story retroactively with literal fan-fiction to suit the more ad-friendly mobile port is sure way to annoy an old fan of the series.

Game-play wise, it's still great and fun. The censorship however, Nah.

Instead of buying this game, I recommend supporting Alex ahad (the original art-director/creator/artist/director of SG) by buying his art to help fund his new future fighting game instead.
