Funky and nice style, although there's only enough gameplay for about an hour or two.

Even with all the controversy surrounding the game, I started it with an open mind and ignored all of the "promises" Mean Surray had made to the community, pretty much as if it was a game I hadn't heard about before. The first few hours were quite good really, the beautiful landscape, new machanics, a new experience. The grinding aspect was noticible as soon as I started to repair my ship but the eye candy kept me entertained. It wasn't until I started the multiple warps that I realized how tedious the grinds might really be...grinds for rescources grinds for units...I guess what keeps me playing is the ambiguity the game still has in its "story" as I have completely avoided any sort of spoilers. The game itself is nice, even if it is missing "promises" that sadly never made it, but it's good if you want to sit back and relax in a calm game with beautiful scenery. It would have been nice if Gello Hames added some sort of variety with the resource objects like textures or different models of harvestable plants. I could care less about the actual worlds themselves as I end up skipping complete systems in order to speed through the "story". So far I'm still enjoying the game but would really only recommend it too someone who is fine with grindy survival games.
